30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your order, email support@firebellytea.com within 30 days of getting it and tell us what went wrong. We'll refund it, even if you've opened the tea. Gift cards are final sale.

Damaged or missing items. We're sorry. Email support@firebellytea.com within 30 days of getting your order. Send your order number, what went wrong, and a photo if you can. We'll work with you to make it right.

Refunds. If a refund is approved, it goes back to the way you paid. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

Subscriptions. You can skip a delivery or cancel anytime by logging in to your subscription. Deliveries you have already received follow the return rules above.
