Shipping policy
Where we ship. We ship to addresses in Canada and the US. Order on firebellytea.ca for Canadian addresses (Canadian dollars) and on firebellytea.com for US addresses (US dollars).
What shipping costs. Standard shipping is free on orders over a set amount. Checkout shows when your order qualifies, and your exact shipping cost before you pay. Under that amount:

In Canada, expedited isn't offered on orders that ship free. In the US, expedited is $10 USD on any order.
Subscriptions. Your first subscription order pays normal shipping. Every delivery after that ships free.
Changing your order. We email you right away when you order. For the next 30 minutes, you can change it: update the address, add an item or add a discount code.
Tracking. When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If tracking stops moving, email support@firebellytea.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
